This week we’re FINALLY releasing a much anticipated Gingerbread Amber Ale along with an experimental mild ale aged with Earl Grey tea. The last time we release a beer with jasmine tea, we sold it out in a weekend.
Aunt Jeanette’s Ginger Cookie – Amber Ale – 6.3% ABV – 25 IBUs
We doused the mash with 100 ginger bread cookies (made from an old family recipe) and then aged the beer on caramelized brown sugar, ginger, and black molasses.
The result? Ginger cookie in a glass…
Earl of McCarr – English Mild Ale – 3.9% ABV – 12 IBUs
Aged with Earl Grey tea, this medium bodied brown ale is an excellent drink; “the dog’s bollocks” as they say across the pond
