New Beers On Tap This Week
Metroka IPA – American IPA (7% ABV)
Metroka IPA is an American IPA brewed in collaboration with Michael Metroka – Sensei and Brother-in-law to Jeremy.
No hop additions were added except during “first wort” which gives you a slightly smoother, less sharp, and slightly less bitter overall flavor.
With copious amounts of Citra and Galaxy added during dry-hopping, the result is a smooth IPA with light dryness and bitterness but with a nice malt backbone followed by light passionfruit, grapefruit, and citrus tones.

BANG! – Rock Hard Water with Tang (5% ABV)
A small-batch Rock Hard Water aged with your childhood favorite drink mix, Tang. Appropriately named BANG! for the association of Tang and Astronauts.
The result is a Hard Water that tastes like Tang. There isn’t another way to explain it.

It’s All Pink On The Inside – Pink Lemonade Rock Hard Water (5% ABV)
A small-batch Rock Hard Water treated with Pink Lemonade mix.
This one will take you to grandmas back porch sipping ice-cold pink lemonade. But this one has alcohol. So it’s better.

English Bitters – Extra Special Bitter (5.9% ABV)
We brewed this small-batch ESB again but changed it up a bit by adding a little more English Caramel Malts to try and perfect this recipe.
It’s malty and earthy just like an English Bitter should be.

College Football Watch Party – October 3rd – 12:00 PM-?
Last week was INSANE. How many top ten teams lost?
This week will be no different as we’ll have college football on the TV’s all day long with the featured games over the sound system.
Featured games:
12:00 PM – Florida vs South Carolina
3:30 PM – Alabama vs Texas A&M
7:30 PM – UCF vs Tulsa
We’ll have random other games on the TV’s so you can make fun of the competition.

For $20 you get your choice of any entree and side + fresh fruit + coffee + juice + any beer on tap (we suggest Blackstrap, of course) or a mimosa (made with OJ and Prosecco)
This week’s main entree choices are (choose one)
Ropa Vieja – is one of the national dishes of Cuba. It consists of shredded or pulled Stewed Beef with Vegetables. Served with a crisp salad with lemon dressing
Cubanos – A Cuban sandwich is an incredibly delicious variation of a ham and cheese sandwich. Panini pressed and served with a crisp salad with lemon dressing.
Omelettes/Scrambled Eggs your way (Options: Ham, avocado, shallots, bell peppers, mushrooms, cheddar, Swiss, spinach. Chef Option: sautéed shrimp)
Served with your choice of side (choose one)
Black Beans and Yellow Rice
Avocado and Orange slices
