Updates galore and pics of progress

Lots of progress being made the last few weeks but I have to bring something up…

Yeah, real original, Chris… right? It’s hot in Florida… Big deal!

But I bring this up to tell that when you visit us you should never be hot in our brewery.

Why?

We insulated the crap out of our building.

No, seriously. Even when it’s like sitting 10 feet from the sun when you walk outside, it’s not bad inside the brewery… And we don’t even have AC yet.

We invested a decent a good amount of money to make sure y’all will be comfortable in the brewery. Especially in the summer months here in the Florida (all 12 of them).

Because nothing is worse that sitting in a hot ass building in the middle of the summer in Florida when you’re trying to enjoy a cold anomalous craft beer.

Ok. So to the updates…

We completely removed everything in front of the building to make way for the outdoor section of the brewery. Here’s the pile to prove it.

Somebody’s gotta clean that up!

We started putting up a fence along the side of the brewery so we don’t bother out neighbors too much with our construction efforts.

Don’t worry, that will all be cleaned up soon

The AC crew got the majority of the air conditioning installed with just the bathrooms needing the ducts run but…

This will help keep the brewery from becoming an oven

… our bathrooms are still being built. You can see here the framing is just about finished, but still need a bit of work to get them ready for you to… well… you know what you do in there.

Finally, the part you’ll probably never see… new office carpet. This is a big deal to us because we’ll be working out of the brewery almost full time going forward and we needed to spruce up the place.

So there you go… Lots of projects going on, all of us doing what we gotta do to get open asap all the while keeping what little sanity what we have left.
