Quinnie Ginny Gimlet Gose – Lime Gin Gose

Our interpretation of a Gimlet cocktail. This is our signature Gose recipe aged on 15 lbs of St. Augustine Gin soaked oak chips, 60 freshly-squeezed and zested limes, and a touch of sea salt. You’ll get hints of juniper gin, fresh lime, and oak when sipping on it.. A PERFECT summer sour!

Savage’s Buried Sunshine – New England IPA

New England IPA shining with the brightness of tropical fruits such as mango, guava, citrus with a slight hint of coconut. Soft bitterness with full body and mouthfeel. Coal Miner’s used to refer to coal as “Buried Sunshine”, hence the name of this tropically delicious NEIPA.
