The brew system is here, the cool rooms are up and there’s no stopping this train

It’s finally here! The brew system was the final piece that we needed to have everything we need to brew beer.

We still haven’t got our kegs yet, but those are on the way too.

Still… when that bad boy and our keg washer arrived we did a little happy dance.

Construction update

When we ordered our cool rooms, we knew the length and width. They were 20×20 and 20×6.

What we didn’t realize is how freaking tall these things are. When the team starting piecing these together we were stunned by their size.

They’re 12 feet TALL. Meaning these things are MASSIVE!

This is our main cool room where we’ll store all of our kegs while they condition.

This is the cool room that sits behind the bar. All the kegs you’ll be enjoying your beer from will be stored here.

All this means is we are going to have a LOT of fun making those cool rooms look freaking awesome!
