Celebrate the start of Mardi Gras in Bourbon St fashion with live music from Gypsy Elise and Her Royal Blues and Bourbon St fare from the Fleur D’Elise food truck including Gumbo, Poyboys, Jambalaya and so much more.
And, of course, beer.
We know you probably can’t make it to New Orleans this year for Mardi Gras, so we’re creating the closest thing to it here with folks who live and breathe all things New Orleans.
And don’t worry about the beads, we have plenty of them to toss out to you.

🍫 Tiramisu Waffle Crepes – Delicious chocolate waffle crepes, delicately wrapped around coffee-infused pound cake, layered in Kahlua cream cheese filling topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and powered cocoa… served with chocolate-covered coffee beans.
🥚 Gypsy’s Towering Omelet – Three egg omelet with your choice of cheddar, swiss, pepper jack, or provolone cheese, plus ham, avocado, shallots, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and filet mignon tips.
🍳 Eggs Your Way – Three eggs, cooked any way you like. Served with cheesy, buttered grits OR hashbrowns.
