Tank Delivery Day

Today was a special day for us at Rockpit Brewing. All four of us (Chris, Jeremy, Ed and Sean) worked with our friends at Tactical Brewing to help us unload our shiny new fermentation tanks from the delivery truck.

We wanted to try it again with more pineapple and more coconut seeing as the last version was good but could be better. 🥥 As is the case for most of our beer according to Jeremy. In this case, he was definitely right. Loads more pineapple and coconut flavors in this bad boy! On tap now.

We tucked a keg away to let it age a bit and get some more complex flavors in it. It worked.  Clocking in a malty and smooth 8% ABV, this is one of those beers that makes you say “Wait? This is 8%? No way.” You’ll get loads of dark sweet fruit flavor in both the aroma and the flavor. On tap now.
