Our take on the southern summer fruit cocktail dish “Ambrosia Salad.”

This sour ale was aged with pineapple, orange, toasted coconut, sweet cherry, and marshmallow. The sweetness from the fruit and marshmallow balances out the tartness creating a sweet and slightly tart beer that’s as refreshing as it is delicious.
