The Haitian God Azacca spoke to us and asked us to brew a New England Worthy of his dominance of agriculture. Brewed with Azacca and Exp. 692 Hops, this New England IPA is unique with copious amounts of pineapple, tropical fruit, grapefruit flavors, with light notes of pine and resin to round out this new Savage beer.
The mix of Citra and Bru-1 has brought another kick-ass NEIPA to our line of Savage NEIPAs.
You get light tropical fruit notes like pineapple and papaya that is smooth and refreshing.
Like our other Savage NEIPAs? You’re gonna love this one, too.
Why maskhole? Well… We’ve had a few “combative” people come into the brewery lately get pissed off when we ask them to wear a mask when ordering from the bar.
Yeah, we all freaking hate this (like I REALLY hate this) but it is what it is.
It’s unfortunate we’ve been left to enforce the mask rule or risk shuttering our doors.
So do us a favor. Don’t be a maskhole. Instead, enjoy this tasty, tasty beer. Without the mask, of course.
This New England IPA is golden colored, delicately balanced, ultra-drinkable IPA that is perfectly suited for the hot Florida Summer. The hop aroma and flavor of the mosaic, cascade, and Citra hops, take you on a smooth tropical ride to paradise!
Yankee Savage is our original New England IPA and what we judge all of our other NEIPAs by. We’ve tweaked the recipe to give it better balance, more mouthfeel, and softer bitterness.
Brewed and dry-hopped with Citra, Azacca and Motueka hops for a citrusy, hoppy and smooth NEIPA.
It is back on tap, grab a pint in the taproom or take some to-go.
Hazy IPA that features all New Zealand hops -Rakua and Waimea. These hops bring out the whole orchard of tropical fruits to the aroma and flavor. Including notes of Apricot, stone fruit, mango, citrus, and resinous pine. We’re so happy with this one with did a little Haka dance which is a ceremonial dance or challenge in Māori culture.
Haka Savage is perfect for those who
- Love traditional New England IPAs
- Enjoy less bitter IPAs
- Hate mass-produced, lousy beer
Centennial Savage the first in our line of Smash New England IPAs we’ll be brewing up. This one is hopped with all Centennial hops.
Rich orange zest and pine flavors. Medium body and a nice round bitterness. Strong orange juice aroma.
This super juicy New England IPA has fruity, citrusy flavors and a creamy, soft mouthfeel. This simply means you’ll be saying “Yummmm” after that first sip and you’ll be ready for another when the last drop hits your throat.
Dry-hopped with Sabro and Citra hops to give this beer it’s fruity and citrusy flavors of pineapple, orange, lemon and passionfruit.
“An absolute juice bomb of a New England IPA”
A few months ago our assistant brewer Steve created the first version of “Wassabro?” a New England IPA made with all Sabro hops.
Sabro hops are EXTREMELY rare and difficult to obtain. We got lucky again and bought a lot of them so we could make more versions of “Wassabro?”. This version was aged with Spanish cedar spirals.
What does this mean for you?
You get an absolute juice bomb of a New England IPA featuring tropical flavors like coconut and passionfruit with a hint of peppery cedar. This is an extremely limited batch with just a full keg and one sixtel keg.

In Pune, Maharashtra, India there’s a hugely popular treat called the Mango Mastani milkshake. It’s made with Mango, Sugar, Fresh Cream and Mango Ice Cream. You can top it with Pistachios and a cherry if you prefer.
If you don’t have any plans on visiting India anytime soon, allow me to introduce an alternative for you: Our Mango Mastani New England Milkshake IPA.
Quite the mouth full.
Clocking in at 6.7% abv and 80 IBU (believe me, doesn’t taste like 80 IBU), this is our interpretation of that sweet concoction found on the other side of the world.
You’re going to get creamy sweet mango on the tongue followed by a bit a hoppy bitterness on the backend.
Now it’s up to you to see how close we got this to a mango mastani milkshake!
The only email locals read every week.Every week, co-founder Chris Rock sends out a few emails that's been described as "must-read" or "the only email I read" by subscribers. Why?
Because he doesn't send the typical "Here's what happening at xyz brewery this week" type of emails.
Instead he sends insider stories, funny content, what beer will be on our taps soon (so you can plan accordingly) and upcoming events at RockPit.
