We received a hilarious 😂 cease-and-desist letter from a candy conglomerate and decided to throw a party to celebrate complete with beer releases and moonshine cocktails made with in-house made Florida Man Moonshine.
We have a VERY popular Watermelon Sour beer that used to be named something similar to a popular hard candy.
But because we weren't prepared to spend thousands of dollars fighting them, we changed the name to “Seeds and Desist” as a middle finger to the candy conglomerate.
Now we’ll celebrate in the spirit of rebellion and creativity this Saturday.
