Our Side Pulls & Mechanical Bulls Lager Fest and Rodeo beers are set! We'll feature 13 lagers and pilsners created by RockPit Brewing and nine other local breweries.
Over the next few days we'll be announcing the killer line up of lagers and pilsners you'll enjoy while watching people live our their fantasy of being in the rodeo.
First is Mythk Brewing's (@mythkbrew) The Beholder's Rye Lager.
The Beholders is made with craft malted heirloom grains and old world hops. This rustic lager features notes of toasted brown bread, sweet honeysuckle, and subtle wisps of baking spices contributed by the heavy use of Rye, a staple food of the old norse diet.

When Dan walked into the photoshoot wearing that outfit, there was no other choice but to make him look as fabulous as possible.

Next up in our 80s virtual ski photoshopped trip is none other than Tammy Rock (@tammyrock ).
Those who know Tammy know she's accident-prone. Between slicing her leg on a broken glass or breaking nearly every toe on her feet, she's always got some of injury she's dealing with.
So when we imagined what it would be like if she went skiing, we all agreed it would end up like this.
But what she lacks in coordination, she makes up for with her smile and her loving attitude towards our customers. She truly makes you feel like RockPit is her home and you're her guest.

It was time for us to update our team pictures on

It was time for us to update our team pictures on our website. But, unlike the dull, lifeless pics you usually see on brewery websites, we decided to do something a little different: take a virtual ski trip to the 80s with some bad photoshops.
We imagined what each team member would have done on their ski trip and photoshopped them into the 80s ski trip of their dreams.
First up is Cody Cronk (@cocronk), our head brewer 🍻, with his trusty sidekick, Bluto the brew dog (@blutothebrewdog) 🐶.
Being one for adventure, we imagine Cody would have gripped and ripped it on the slopes. ⛷️
In jeans, no less.
With his need for speed (notice the Dale Earnhardt shirt) and little regard for his safety, we can only imagine how many times this pic would have been part of his daily reality.
Because what kind of adventurer doesn't have a dog that ski's with them?
