Bourbon-Barrel-Aged Psychosis

We originally released this imperial stout for our third anniversary.

We tucked away some to age in bourbon barrels for a year.

After waking it from its long sleep, we added Madagascar vanilla beans, crushed Saigon cinnamon, Ghanaian cacao nibs, and marshmallows.

The cinnamon bun aroma gives way to the sweet cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate flavors with a touch of bourbon on the finish.
