Beerlympics Participant Info

Thank you for registering to participate in the beerlympics. Here are a few things you should know.

Check-in and how you’ll participate.

Check-in will run from 12 PM until 2 PM. Meaning you don’t have to get here early to participate.

When you arrive at RockPit, there will be a check-in table in the front of our parking lot. Please go there first to get your assigned number.

That number determines the order you’ll run through the games. 

#1 goes first, #2 goes second, etc.

After check-in

Grab yourself a drink and get prepped for the games. Feel free to walk around and check out the games. 

Event times

Mini-golf, corn hole, giant pong and chug challenge will run from 1-4 PM (or whenever everyone finishes). 

You’ll run through each event in this order: Mini-golf, corn hole, giant pong, and chug challenge.

Once you’re finished, stick around and cheer on the other contestants.

Tie-breakers

 In the event of a tie, there will be a sudden-death playoff between the tied contestants.

Wing eating contest

Wing eating contest starts around 5 PM. Earlier if the first four games finish early. Same way as before. #1-#5 goes first, #6-#10 second, etc.

Winners

The winners from each event will be announced once all participants make it through the events. That should be around 4 PM.

Indoor seating

We are expecting a large crowd. Obviously, we won’t be able to seat everyone inside. If you cannot find a seat inside, please don’t stand in the way of the bar.

We’ll have plenty of space outside to sit with some tents to provide shade.

What happens if it rains

Nothing. It’s Florida. It rains. Unless it’s really bad, we’ll keep going. You’ll be able to tell everyone you competed in the first beerlympics and did so in the rain.

If you don’t want to compete in the rain, you can continue after the rain stops.
